Ones we get a query for training/assist from customer, it will be sent to you by us from the customer of your respective tech category.

Hours per day (session/day) you will give? (customer’s form will have his preferences – i.e either Weekends or Weekdays or exact dates or timings they are available, formulate your day and time according to that)
Your charges per hour? Your Final Pricing? (Compulsory inclusion of free 3 hours before and 3 hrs after training assessment) (3 + 3 hours doesn’t apply for the personalized assessment package)
We then communicate with the customer with the final pricing you provided and only proceed after their full payment.
Then conducting the training via the platforms we trained you on. On the finalized time, date and intent.
Each session must be recorded by the trainer from the same platform and sent it to us. (imp)
(When training is finished) After 12hrs of the last Training session, we transfer 90% (subtracting our charges) from the amount, to your account.
Remaining 10% will be transferred after 2 weeks (which is the period for 3 hours after-training assist) (doesn’t apply for personalized assessment package)
